Notification of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Ampthill and District Preservation Society (ADPS) will be held on Tuesday 5 May 2026 in St Andrews Church, Ampthill at about 8:30 pm, immediately following The Eric Houfe Memorial Lecture which will start at 7:15 pm.
Any proposed items for the agenda should be notified to the Chairperson (Jo Leary) or the Secretary (Sandra Read) at least Six Weeks before the AGM and must include the names of a Proposer and Seconder. For the avoidance of doubt, 6 weeks prior to the AGM is March 24th.

- Agenda – Will be published here between the 25 March 2026 and 14 April 2026 being 21 days before the meeting.
- Proposed Constitution Changes.
- ADPS AGM Minutes 6th May 2025 (Unapproved).
